We would
like to invite you to Mosaic’s Roll Out, Roll In event on Tuesday
18th May from 5-8.30pm at SureStart
Palfrey Children's Centre, South Street, Palfrey, Walsall WS1 4HE.
Mosaic, a
HRH Prince of Charles charity, is about connecting volunteer mentors with
young Muslims and their peers to raise aspirations and provide access to
opportunities around the UK. We have just arrived in the Walsall and
Wolverhampton area and are holding this event to share the plans to roll out
Mosaic programmes and roll in the support of people like yourself.
At 5pm we
will start the event with a meet and greet followed by a presentation all
about Mosaic. We will also have a Mosaic mentor speaking about their
experience since joining the Mosaic network. At 6pm we will start our first
mentor training session for this region. You are welcome to get in
touch to discuss becoming a Mosaic mentor and attending this training session.
So, if you
would like to find out more about Mosaic, are interested in becoming a Mosaic
mentor and/or getting involved in supporting our programmes (Media Network,
Speakers Bureau, Secondary and Primary School Mentoring, World of Work Visits
to name just a few), please join us! I look forward to meeting you at this
